Arcadia Waters Villages

Introducing the Arcadia Group's Managing Director, Roger Kwok. Roger began his career as group accountant and financial controller with a large multi-franchise motor vehicle group. He became a director of the group five years later to head up the marketing division.

In 1992, he left to pursue his own business interests in healthcare and property development. Since then he has been involved in the ownership and management of large medical centres that encompass all the allied health professions. His marketing background helped him develop a special emphasis on quality and service delivery in healthcare. Roger has also undertaken a wide array of medium density inner-city property developments.

As well as being managing director of Arcadia Group, Roger also served as an executive committee member of the International Business Council of Western Australia from 1997 to 2000 and was a member of the West Australian Trade Advisory Board from 1999 to 2001 and was the founding chairman of the External Advisory Board of the Curtin University School of Management. He also served as a board member of the Positive Ageing Foundation of Australia from 2001 to 2006. In 2007 Roger was appointed to the board of an ASX listed company, Vietnam Industrial Investments Ltd, and in 2008 was nominated to represent Western Australia on the Retirement Villages Association Ltd National Board.
