Lady Brand Village is now part of the Arcadia Group of retirement villages.
The Arcadia Group was founded in 1999. The idea behind Arcadia Waters retirement villages was the brainchild of Roger Kwok, As an experienced developer and entrepreneur, Roger realised that retirement villages in Perth lacked excitement and stimulation and wished to develop a lifestyle resort that added to the quality of life of its residents. His lifestyle resort vision stemmed from his desire to find a quality retirement apartments or retirement homes for his parents. Roger saw a gap in senior living and filled the void with Arcadia Waters lifestyle resort village near Perth.
The first Arcadia Waters Retirement Village was commissioned in 2001 and was completed in October 2005. Since inception, Arcadia Waters has received a strong following due to its innovative retirement homes, luxurious lifestyle resort facilities and unique community spirit.
